19 months in Braces. This September 3, 2011 it'll be 2 years. Getting my braces was one of the happiest days in my life. Several days after they were put on, I would find out that my fathers cancer had spread to his brain. Oh Life - full of highs and super lows.

Day 226

I took these pictures a couple of weeks after my 5th 'adjustment'  The orthodontist did nothing with the wires. They took some xrays of my mouth to make sure all the roots were still healthy -- all is good so far - knock on wood. I'll be going in for a 6th appointment on May 2 or 3rd. She mentioned that they will replace both my upper and lower wires and use some bands (elastic) to assist with correcting my cross-bite.

It's been a while since my last post. I've already had three adjustments. My 4th adjustment is scheduled for March 30th. I've already seen lots of movement and its only been 5 months and a bit since I got my braces on.
